The Logistics Level III seminar focuses on advanced training for professionals in warehouse organization and management, as well as inventory control based on product life cycle and shelf life.   • Inventory systems: periodic, continuous, rolling
  • Inventory errors – detection and correction
Day 4 – Inventory Management II: Analysis & Forecasting
  • Inventory data analysis – statistical monitoring
  • Demand forecasting – seasonality and trends
  • Inventory safety – minimum and maximum limits
  • Ordering techniques – EOQ, ROP, JIT
Day 5 – Product Lifetime and Lifecycle
  • Concept and phases of the product lifecycle
  • Lifetime – expiration, depreciation, disposal management
  • Special products: food, pharmaceuticals, limited shelf-life items
  • Inventory strategies based on the product lifecycle
Day 6 – Information Systems and Integration
  • Use of WMS and ERP for warehouse management
  • Indicators and dashboards – live inventory monitoring
  • Case studies and warehouse/inventory design exercises
  • Final evaluation – certification and feedback
