the distinctive title <strong>\"KM SOLUTIONS\"<\/strong> whose main activity is the Provision of Business Advice and other Management Advice, located in Aspropyrgos, Attica at 12 Alekos Panagoulis Street, with the GEMI number: 176086009000, with VAT number: 802423123 \/ D.O.Y. F.A.E. ATHENS, which maintains a branch under the name of <strong>\"KM SOLUTIONS AE Lifelong Learning Centre\"<\/strong> and the distinctive title <strong>\"Logistics Academy KDBM\"<\/strong>, hereinafter referred to as <strong>\"Company.\"<\/strong>, attaches great importance to the lawful processing, security and protection of the personal data of its trainees.<\/p><p>To this end, it informs its trainees, in its capacity as Data Controller, that the processing of their personal data is carried out in accordance with the following:<\/p><ol><li><strong> What personal data do we collect and from where?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li><strong>(i) Identification data<\/strong>name, surname, patronymic, VAT number, VAT number, date of birth, etc.<\/li><li><strong>(ii) Communication data<\/strong>: postal and e-mail address, landline and mobile phone numbers, etc.<\/li><li><strong>(iii) Professional competency data<\/strong>: CV, academic qualifications, professional licence, foreign language skills, work history.<\/li><li><strong>Data identifiers of the electronic identity<\/strong> (e.g. web protocol address) when you visit our website. The Company has developed a Privacy Policy for the use of its website and a Cookies Policy, which are available on its website.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><p>The data under (i), (ii), (iii) are collected directly from you when you contact us, such as:<\/p><ul><li>When you call our numbers, when you email us or fill out an application.<\/li><li>When you contact our offices either for registration or to express your opinion, complaints or comments.<\/li><li>When you voluntarily subscribe to printed or electronic lists in order to receive printed, electronic or SMS newsletters or other marketing material or to renew your preferences or when participating in competitions, questionnaires and surveys.<\/li><li>When you contact us via social media.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong> Why do we collect your personal data?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>We collect your personal data with the <strong>consent<\/strong> (Article 6(1a) of the GDPR)<strong>.<\/strong><\/li><li>For our compliance with <strong>legal obligations<\/strong> (Article 6(1c) GDPR), such as the provision of education services. For this purpose we process the data under (i) , (ii) and (iii).<\/li><li>For the <strong>fulfilment of legitimate interests<\/strong> of the Company (Article 6(1f) of the GDPR), such as:<\/li><li>The safety of persons and property. For this purpose we process the data under (iv).<\/li><li>The security of our website. For this purpose, we process the data under (iii), which are automatically collected by the website, without your prior consent being necessary (see Website Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy).<\/li><li>The marketing of services. For this purpose we process the data under (i), (ii) and (iii). In this case, the data under (iii) are only collected with prior consent (see Website Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy).<\/li><\/ul><p>Commercial communication and marketing practices are only allowed with your consent or if they are based on a previous commercial relationship with us, to inform you about training programmes that may be of interest to you or new programmes.<\/p><p>If you would like us to stop sending you updates or offers, you can use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email you may have received from us.<\/p><p>We inform you that we do not share your personal information with third parties so that they can send you corresponding advertisements, unless you have expressly consented to them in writing.<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong> Who has access to your personal data?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>The Company is not allowed to transfer the personal data of trainees to third parties, except when acting as an intermediary and to the extent that this is required for the purposes of the operation of the KDBM. Therefore, they may become aware of your personal data:<\/p><ul><li>The employees of the Company, who are responsible for the management and operation of the contract with the Company, for the fulfilment of the obligations arising from it, as well as the relevant obligations provided for by law<\/li><li>External partners<\/li><li>Transport companies, courier<\/li><li>Internet hosting service providers and cloud computing service providers.<\/li><\/ul><p>The recipient of the personal data may be the company <strong>Enartia A.E.<\/strong> based in Greece and with whom we cooperate for the hosting and technical support of our website <a href=\"https:\/\/logisticsacademy.edu.gr\/en\/\">https:\/\/logisticsacademy.edu.gr\/<\/a> , in cases of further technical support (e.g. to solve technical problems). When using the services of our website, the data is stored on servers within Greece and is not transmitted abroad.<\/p><ul><li>Financial institutions through which payments are made<\/li><li>Third parties, such as lawyers, notaries, bailiffs, in case of an abnormal development of the relationship between us<\/li><li>Supervisory, judicial, public authorities in the exercise of their functions<\/li><\/ul><p>The Company selects trustworthy partners and imposes contractual restrictions on third parties that receive personal data in order to ensure their lawful use.<\/p><p>Where transfer to other countries, including countries mostly within and highly outside the European Economic Area (EEA), is necessary, the transfer is based on EU adequacy decisions, binding corporate rules, standardised contracts and approved codes of conduct.<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong> For how long do we keep your personal data?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><strong>Trainee data<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>In case the trainee participates in a training program, the personal data will be kept for a period of three (3) years from the end of the training program.
