DYPA: New distance learning programme for workers with an allowance of up to €750

What is offered?

α) Theoretical training, through the provision of a Training Voucher of 150 hours leading to the acquisition of digital, green knowledge and skills, as well as financial literacy skills, as described in each call.

b) Certification of the skills, through the provision of a Certification Voucher acquired in the framework of the above training programmes.

Training allowance:

1. Each beneficiary who has completed the Continuing Vocational Training and Certification of Knowledge and Skills programme, in accordance with the terms of this document and the relevant Call for Proposals published by the D.I.S.A., is entitled to receive a training allowance, which amounts to 5 €/hour of training (gross). The beneficiary is required to complete the training and pass the certification exam in order to receive the full amount of the training allowance. The maximum amount is EUR 750.

2. Specifically, the payment of the training allowance to beneficiaries is made as follows: After the completion of the training and the beneficiary’s participation in the certification exams (regardless of the result), the beneficiary is entitled to 70% of the total eligible amount for the full training hours of the program, minus any absences. If the beneficiary passes the certification exams, they are entitled to 100% of the total eligible amount for the full training hours of the program, minus any absences.

3. The beneficiary has the option to take the certification exam a second time, either in case of failure or if they were unable to attend on the initial exam date.

How do I apply?

General Instructions

  • You should connect with your private Taxis Credentials.
  • Fill the details of the application form very carefully.
  • In the field IBAN account you should be the primary (first) beneficiary.
  • Upload the following documents where requested, ID Card, High school diploma or university degree, Solemn declaration

Files you should upload in PDF format:

  1. ID Card/Passport.
  2. Copy of your diploma of at least compulsory education level or a higher degree, as well as an official translation and recognition certificate if the diploma was obtained abroad, in PDF format.
  3. n the field “Proof of Working Hours”, you should upload a screenshot from MY ERGANI following those simple steps:
    • You login with your Taxis Credentials using Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge (Not Google Chrome)
    • From the left menu you click on Work Calendar
    • Then you select July 2025
    • Right click and select "Take Screenshot". Then in the upper right corner you select Save Entire Page
  4. Solemn Declaration (Article 8 Law 1599/1986) exclusively via GOV.GR where in the "TO" field you should write D.YP.A with the text to be announced with the publication of the call.
				
					a. I do not attend or have not attended any other training program implemented under the same action (Action 16913 "SUB 2: Horizontal upskilling/reskilling programs to targeted populations), of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan "Greece 2.0" funded by the European Union - Next Generation EU.
ba. The total number of hours of subsidised continuing vocational training programmes that I have attended during the last one (1) calendar year prior to the publication of this call does not exceed the maximum duration of a non-formal learning programme, as defined in Article 3.5.2 of the Decision No 82759/29.8.2022 Joint Decision of the Ministers of Development and Investment, Education and Religious Affairs and Labour and Social Affairs "System of Planning and Management of the implementation of co-funded / subsidised non-formal learning, Continuing Vocational Training (CVT) and General Adult Education (G.E.E.) programmes" (V.4581), as in force.
bb. None of the subsidised continuing vocational training programmes referred to in paragraph ba that I have attended has led to the acquisition of a certificate for the same skills.
c. I have not attended and will not attend any other training programme subsidised by European Union funds which has a timetable of courses that coincides, in whole or in part, with the training programme for which I am applying.
δ. I am an employed person, with a dependent employment relationship, in the private sector, not in a liberal profession, and the training will not coincide with my working hours.
ε. I have the necessary equipment and internet access to attend the distance training.
				
			

5. After submitting the application and receiving your KAYAS number, click print / save as PDF and download the file to your computer or mobile device. Forward the application with the KAYAS number to the email address info@logisticsacademy.edu.gr or you can fill the form at the end of the page so that we can track the results when the Beneficiaries Registry is published.

* Pay attention to the correct completion of the information, as according to the call for applications, errors in filling out the application will not be accepted.
* You should verify the pre-filled information that appears, because if, for example, you have changed your ID, incorrect details might be displayed — and the attached files must match the information provided in the application.
